At Manor House Care Home in Stafford, we’re currently recruiting for a range of roles to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our home. We have both full and part-time positions available, including day and night shifts, and we’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our dedicated team. Every resident at Manor House has their own story, preferences and needs, and we know how important it is to have a team that values dignity, compassion and consistency.
Our home is supported by a wide range of roles including healthcare assistants, senior carers, nurses, catering staff, facilities managers, quality assurance leads, domestic staff and administrators. We also have a dedicated on-site maintenance team, porters and grounds staff who help keep the home running smoothly and ensure residents have everything they need to feel safe and comfortable.Every role within our home plays a vital part in creating a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.
We believe in supporting every team member on their career journey. Ongoing training is built into working life, with access to a full training calendar and opportunities to develop specialist skills. Many of our team go on to become champions in key areas such as nutrition, dignity or infection control, helping us maintain the highest standards of care across the home.
