Huge congratulations to Martin Pedley and Jyoti Sodhi who have recently graduated their NVQ level 2 course in Health and Social Care.
Martin, a Senior Care Assistant and Jyoti, Acting Senior Care Assistant attended the graduation ceremony in October along with Managing Director Jodie to receive their certificates.
Both are now going on to work towards their level 3. Jayne Wood, Director of Nursing commented, “we are very proud of Martin and Jyoti, both approach their work and their studies with incredible commitment and determination. Having the right training and qualifications to support career progression and ensure staff have the necessary skills to complete their jobs well is essential, and at The Manor House Nursing Home we support our staff through their studies through hands on training and advice and knowledge sharing from more experienced members of the team.”
